Translated selections from "Actes et mémoires des negociations de la paix de Ryswick" compiled by Jacques Bernard and published by A. Moetjens, The Hague, 1699 (4 vo.). The discrepancy in dates is due to the difference between the Julian calendar in use in England, and the Gregorian calendar in use on the continent.
